Enabled by the robust streaming technology of [Caton Media XStream](https://www.catontechnology.com/en/solutions/media-xstream), this large-scale broadcast marks a bold step in redefining how fans access and enjoy live entertainment. **![IVE SCOUT CONCERT - Banner](https://www.catontechnology.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Press%20Releases/IVE%20SCOUT%20CONCERT%20-%20Banner.jpg?width=690&height=460&name=IVE%20SCOUT%20CONCERT%20-%20Banner.jpg)** Fans packed out theatres at flagship locations, including World Tower, Konkuk University, Superplex, and Gwang-eum Cinemas, cheering and singing in sync as if they were part of the stadium crowd — demonstrating the growing appetite for real-time, shared experiences on the big screen. ##### **IVE's Energy, Amplified by LOTTE Cinema's Innovation** The third official fan concert by IVE featured a scout-themed adventure packed with dynamic performances and fan interactions. While the in-person event was sold out, LOTTE Cinema's premium theatrical environment allowed thousands more to experience the concert simultaneously.   Audiences across the country enjoyed: - Crystal-clear 4K visuals on South Korea's largest cinema screens - Immersive 3D surround sound, replicating the energy of a live venue - Exclusive camera angles that captured performance moments not visible from traditional seats  *"This initiative is part of LOTTE Cinema's commitment to redefining how live entertainment is experienced,"* said KIM SEHWAN, Head of excon team at LOTTE Cinema. *"With Caton's robust live-streaming technology, we've opened up a new frontier in fan engagement—bringing high-energy concerts directly to cinema audiences in real-time."*   **Powering the Experience: Caton Media XStream** Behind the scenes, the flawless delivery of the live feed was made possible by Caton Media XStream (CMXS) — a next-generation IP broadcast platform built for high-performance live broadcasting in cinemas and beyond.   CMXS provides: - Ultra-reliable 4K and HD streaming, ensuring cinema-grade picture quality - AI-powered smart routing automatically adapting to network conditions - Fast deployment and scalability, even over the public internet - Seamless integration with cinema equipment, reducing setup complexity Caton Media XStream is designed to remove the technical limitations of live distribution, enabling partners like LOTTE Cinema to scale premium events with confidence and speed.   *"We're not just enabling live streaming—we're helping reinvent what live entertainment delivery looks like,"* said Michael Yang, SVP of Sales and Business Development at Caton Technology. *"With Caton Media XStream, we're making cinematic fan experiences globally scalable, instantly deployable, and technically bulletproof."* ##### ** A Global Shift in Live Entertainment** The success of 'IVE SCOUT' signals a larger trend: cinemas are becoming a new stage for live fan engagement. With audiences seeking more immersive, communal alternatives to traditional concert settings, the cinema is emerging as a powerful venue for live events — from music and esports to festivals and cultural showcases.   Caton and LOTTE Cinema are actively exploring future live broadcasts across Asia and beyond, building a new model of real-time, large-scale fan experiences that bring global entertainment closer to home.   --- **About Caton Technology** Caton Technology is a global leader in next-generation IP transport, revolutionising media distribution with unmatched innovation and customer service.
