Designed for 24x7 broadcast usage, the Caton Xchange consumes low power and features a high meantime between failure (MTBF) of ≥100,000 hours. Supporting both ASI and IP connections, broadcasters can easily bridge traditional broadcast equipment with IP equipment. 

Caton Xchange is also fully compatible with leading CDN solutions like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. It is perfect for video transmission workflows in areas like live events, houses of worship, corporate communications, e-medical, eSports and education.

Built-in real-time TS monitoring to log TS Sync Loss, Sync Byte, and Continuity Count Errors. All logs can be exported as CSV files.

Setup is simple with an easy-to-use web browser interface. Configure, control and monitor in one location.

  • AES Encryption:

Caton Xchange supports AES-128 or AES-256 encrypted transmission using CTP.

  • Connections:

With integrated ASI and Gigabit Ethernet standard connectors, Caton Xchange is a bridge between broadcast and IP transmission workflows.

  • Internet Transport:

Overcome packet loss, jitter and delay with CTP, guaranteeing reliable transmission of your high bitrate video over the Internet or other IP networks. With support for SRT, Caton Xchange can convert your SRT to other protocols for different workflows.
